A receipt, a P, and one amber line.
Pryvo is the small business toolkit. The mark is a receipt card with the P reversed out and the total line carrying the tagline. These are the rules for using it. The brief is the source; this page follows it.
The receipt
A green receipt card on warm off-white, torn along the bottom, with the P reversed out and a single amber total line under it. The line is the tagline, cut out of the bar in the card colour: a bar at icon size, readable up close. The card is always light-on-dark or dark-on-light, never outlined. Nothing else goes on it.
Wordmark and bar as one block
Wordmark in SF Pro Rounded Semibold, lowercase, tracked tight. The tagline is the icon's bar scaled under "ryvo", with the words cut out so the page shows through. Beneath the p's tail sits a foot block whose cradle is the tail's own end mirrored, a little wider on dark grounds because light shapes read larger. The p itself is never altered.
Rules
- Clear space of one mark-height on every side.
- Minimum size: icon 24 px, wordmark 100 px wide.
- Never stretch, outline, add a drop shadow, or set the mark on a photo.
- The bar always carries the tagline: amber in light and dark, grey in tinted mode.
- The foot belongs to the lockup only; the wordmark on its own has none.
Five colours
#0E5A3A#F6F1E7#E8A33D#101512#B3402FInk on paper is about 7.3:1, passing AA for text and AAA for large text. Amber is the one accent on the mark and marks positive margin in the app; the negative red is for loss, overdue and negative margin, in the app only. Green and paper swap roles between the light and dark appearances.
Rounded for the name, plain for the numbers
Wordmark: SF Pro Rounded Semibold. Tagline on the mark: SF Pro Rounded Black capitals, tracked tight. In the app: SF Pro at Dynamic Type sizes, tabular figures wherever a number appears. On the web, where SF is unavailable, this site sets headlines in Fraunces, text in IBM Plex Sans and figures in IBM Plex Mono.
Plain and certain
Short sentences. Numbers, not adjectives. "This job costs you $412 before you earn anything" beats "smart insights for your business". On the user's side against undercharging: show the gap and the fix, never scold. Trade words, not finance words: job, quote, what to charge. No exclamation marks in product copy.
