Everything a one-person business needs to price, bill and account for its work.
Pryvo is one app with a dashboard and four tabs: Clients, Projects, Calendar and More, where the catalog, expenses, bookkeeping, reports and the AI assistant live. This page walks through each part with the real labels you will see on screen.
The least you can charge, per job.
Pryvo adds your yearly business expenses to your salary target, divides them across the number of jobs you plan to do, and adds each project template's own costs. The dashboard's Pricing Calculator shows the result per job type with the words: charge at least this amount to cover all your costs. Product markups add profit on top.
- Business Expenses: rent, insurance, software, advertising, fees, estimated taxes and more, each yearly or monthly.
- Salary Target: what you need to take home, with a switch to include or exclude it from pricing.
- Per-event costs inside each template: subcontractors, materials, travel.
- Profit alert threshold: a project whose margin falls below your target says so at the top of its page.
| Wedding, full day+$375 costs | $2,228 |
| Corporate dinner+$210 costs | $2,063 |
| Portrait session+$40 costs | $1,893 |
Minimum per event by template. Figures are an example.
Every job is a project, priced before it is promised.
A project belongs to a client and a template. It carries a service fee, additional hours, line items from your catalog, expenses with receipt photos, milestones, payments and attachments. Mark it as a quote with an expiry date and Pryvo tracks whether it is pending, accepted or expired.
- Revenue, expenses, profit and balance due on one screen.
- Status moves from Upcoming to In Progress to Completed, or Cancelled.
- Notifications for expiring quotes, overdue payments and upcoming projects.
- Quick actions from the home screen to add a project or client.
| Expires | 14 Nov 2026 |
| Milestone: deposit received | $2,000 |
| Milestone: final payment | Due 2 Dec |
From quote to paid in full.
The invoice is generated from the project: your business name and logo, the client, the date, the event type, then a line for the service fee, one per additional hour block, one per catalog item, tax at the rate you set, payments received and the balance due. A quote prints the same way with its validity date.
- Share as PDF, print, or email the client from inside the app with the total in the message.
- Log payments with dates; the balance updates everywhere.
- Brand colour and logo set once in Settings.
Who you work for, and when.
The Clients tab holds contact details, project history, revenue and profit per client, and shows who comes back. The Calendar tab lays every project out by date so you never double-book, and can write to your device calendar.
- Top clients and revenue by job type on the dashboard.
- Email a client directly from their record.
- Revenue goals with a pipeline figure from upcoming projects.
| Top client: J. Okafor | $9,860 |
| Pipeline: 6 upcoming projects | $14,200 |
| Revenue goal | 82% reached |
Price the parts once. Reuse them everywhere.
Products carry a cost price and a markup, so each one knows its own profit. Packages bundle products with a discount. Project templates describe a job type with its default costs and products, and feed both the pricing calculator and new projects.
- Cost, selling price and profit per line item, with quantities.
- Add a package to a project and every item comes with it.
- Templates keep per-event costs separate from your yearly overhead.
| Bridal bouquetcost $85 | $240 |
| Centrepieces ×10cost $300 | $650 |
| Arch floralscost $120 | $155 |
| Package price | $940 |
What the work actually cost.
Expense Tracking logs real spending with receipt photos and compares budget against actual. Mileage entries use your rate per mile or kilometre. Business Assets keeps equipment and vehicles with purchase price and maintenance logs, so the camera body and the van are in the picture when you price.
- Budget vs actual by category.
- Receipts stored with the record and included in backups.
- Maintenance history per asset.
| Software | $87.50 / $90 |
| Travel | $312.00 / $250 |
| Advertising | $40.00 / $42 |
| Mileage, 212 mi @ $0.70 | $148.40 |
One ledger. Reconciled against the bank.
Bookkeeping collects every payment and expense into a transaction ledger by period. Import a CSV from your bank or card, tell Pryvo which columns hold the date, description and amounts, and it proposes a match for each line against what you recorded. Confirm the matches, add what is missing, and the period is reconciled.
- Any bank: column mapping, header row and sign convention are yours to set.
- Automatic matches marked by confidence; the rest wait for you.
- Unmatched lines become new expense records with a note of where they came from.
The year, ready for your accountant.
Reports gives a tax summary per year: revenue, project expenses, business expenses, salary target and net income, with monthly revenue against expenses and a breakdown per project. Export it as CSV or PDF and share it anywhere. Settings also exports every record in the app as CSV for backup or migration.
- Yearly tax summary and monthly breakdown.
- CSV and PDF export through the share sheet.
- Full data export of clients, projects and expenses.
| Total revenue | $118,400 |
| Project expenses | −$31,250 |
| Business expenses | −$26,125 |
| Salary target | −$48,000 |
| Net income | $13,025 |
Ask your books a question. Keep the answer on the phone.
The assistant knows your figures and answers in plain terms. By default it can run with Apple Intelligence on the device, so your business data never leaves your phone. If you prefer, switch to the cloud option or paste your own API key for the provider you choose. Each option says exactly what it sends.
- On-device: nothing leaves the phone.
- Bring your own key: stored in the device Keychain, never synced.
- Clear messages when the model is still downloading or unavailable.
Locked on the phone. Free to leave.
Pryvo locks behind Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN, and covers the screen in the app switcher. Records sync between your devices through iCloud with no account to create. Backups are plain JSON files you save to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or the device, with or without photos, and restore replaces everything so you can move between phones cleanly.
- Face ID or Touch ID, with a PIN as fallback.
- Open, readable backup format, not locked to Pryvo or Apple.
- Optional sign in with Apple or Google, never required.

Support the app. Lose nothing.
Pryvo works fully without a subscription. Pro exists so the app can keep being developed; nothing you use today is taken away. Choose monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Prices appear in the App Store at launch.

Asked before you ask.
How is the minimum price per job calculated?
Yearly business expenses plus your salary target, divided by the number of jobs across your templates per year, gives the overhead per job. Each template adds its own per-event costs. The sum is the least you can charge for that job type without losing money. Product markups and your margin come on top.
Is it an invoicing app?
It invoices, but it starts earlier. Invoice-first apps let you bill any number; Pryvo tells you what the number should be before you send the quote, then bills it and books it.
Do I need an account?
No. Your data lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, three ways: a full JSON backup you can open with other software, a CSV of every record from Settings, and CSV or PDF reports per year.
What does the AI see?
With the on-device option, nothing leaves your phone. With the cloud option, your question and the business figures in it are sent to the provider to generate a reply. With your own key, they go to the provider you configured. The app states this next to each option.
What is behind the paywall?
Nothing. Pro is a way to support development, with monthly, yearly and lifetime options.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. It is on the roadmap. The brand and the data format are platform-neutral, so the plan is a backup file that moves between the two.
